Values are added when Operating Statements are updated.  Any revenue and tax that are part of the minimum check withhold will not be updated to the DOI file until the minimum amount is released.  The expense values are updated for owners that had minimum check withheld.  If federal backup tax or state tax is withheld from revenue and results in minimum check withhold for the owner, the federal or state tax withheld from revenue will be updated to the DOI file for gross revenue released year to date.  The tax amount is stored in the Owner/Customer file in year to date federal withhold and or year to date state tax withhold fields.

The detail information from minimum check amount withheld or released will be shown for the ending and beginning dates specified.  Any released minimum amounts will be shown if within specified dates.  You may want to print for released amounts only after update of Operating Statements for owners that received a check including minimum withheld released amounts.  Released Minimum Withheld Detail may be dropped for released amounts when you close a period.

Make sure you print this report before you zero 1099 owner values for Closing a Calendar Year.  Detail of information stored in WHDINFO.DBF file will be cleared for previously released amounts when this file is zeroed.
